Questions we get asked
- What does it cost?
- Nothing if you offer families a discount — at least 10% off or a free child place with a paying adult. A full profile is £9 a month, and top placement with rewards inclusion is £29 a month. Cancel any time.
- How long does signing up take?
- About five minutes. You can upload your logo, a few photos and a brochure link, and we can even draft the description for you.
- Do I have to run an offer?
- Only on the free listing. Paid listings can run an offer if you want one, but it is not required.
- When do I go live?
- We check every submission by hand, usually within a couple of working days, then your listing starts appearing in family matches.
