How to run it

  1. Someone starts with 'One day...'
  2. Go round the circle, one sentence each.
  3. Whoever says 'and then everyone went to bed' ends it.

Making it work for every age

Younger children: They add a sound effect or an animal noise instead of a sentence.

Older children: They write it down as it goes and read the finished story back in a dramatic voice.
